Michael Ninomiya founded Clear 2 Close Home Loans after 16 successful years in the mortgage industry. Michael has developed long lasting positive relationships with many lenders and lead successful teams of mortgage brokers. As a branch manager, regional manager and owner of various companies, Michael has hired and recruited loan officers, processors, and administrators throughout the industry. Throughout his career, Michael has often worked with others in the financial industry as coach, trainer and mentor.
As an Assistant Vice President of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Michael learned every aspect of the business. Over his career, he has created and managed three separate mortgage companies, each with over $100,000,000 in annual funding.
The entire lending process has always intrigued Michael. Being in an industry that is governed by rules and regulations that often change, the use of technology has been constrained in the past. At the same time, the technological advances in the past few years have allowed for greater access to information. The access to this information and the ability of mortgage firms to embrace technology has been slow to evolve. But all along, Michael understood that with the right technology and knowledgeable specialists, the entire mortgage process could be streamlined for efficiency and cost savings. With Clear 2 Close Home Loans Michael has realized his plan for a technology-driven mortgage loan company.
As the owner of Global Mortgage Loan Corporation, Michael built a mortgage brokerage from one loan officer to twelve. As a branch manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, he expanded his team of 4 loan officers to 18 loan officers in 24 months. Finally, as the South Florida Regional Manager for VanDyk Mortgage, he created an entire region – hiring and recruiting 20 loan officers.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys scuba diving – off the coast of Florida and around the world. He is a cross-fit trainer who is an avid Foodie and amateur chef. Michael’s love of travel helps to feed both his love of cuisine as well as his enjoyment of scuba diving.
